A Day in the Life of Masters Swimmer; morning swim, strength work, nutrition and momming.
Welcome back to the Physio Julie Blog! I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and dedication to understanding and improving your body. This blog post is less about education and more of a fun, behind-the-scenes glimpse into my world.
If you're new here, welcome! To get a taste of a typical day in my life, take a moment to watch this short YouTube video. Please note that on the day of filming, I wasn't seeing patients, which gave me the extra energy and time to document a "day in the life." In reality, my days are often filled with patient care and the responsibilities of being a proud mama to two incredible girls, ages 7 and 10, who share my passion for swimming. I find great joy in how swimming is a lifelong sport, and it's a delight to experience it anew through my daughters' eyes.
